(a, b) Calculated thermal conductivities of 100-, 300-, and 400-nm-thick Fe3O4 thin films at temperatures of 20 to 300 K obtained using the simple Callaway phonon scattering model. The temperature-dependent in-plane thermal conductivity was calculated by modifying the Debye temperature and sound velocity in the Callaway phonon scattering model.
