Lanes 1 and 2, 4.0 × 10−5 mol/L (40 μM) SQ1A:SQ1B duplex; lanes 3 and 4, mixture of 4.0 × 10−5 mol/L (40 μM) C1A:C1B duplex with 1.0 × 10−4 (100 μM) C1A; lanes 5 and 6, 8.0 × 10−5 mol/L (80 μM) per strand SQ1A.
