Raman spectra of carbon films. The films were grown by carbon MBE at 900°C on MgF₂(100), CaF₂(100), and BaF₂(111). The pronounced 2D peak at approximately 2,700 cm⁻¹ confirms that nanocrystalline graphite is formed on MgF₂.
