(a) Sample 5 (CdTe0.5Se0.5), (b) samples 5–4 (CdTe0.5Se0.5/Cd0.5Zn0.5S), (c) sample 5–8 (CdTe0.5Se0.5/Cd0.5Zn0.5S), and (d) sample 5–9 (CdTe0.5Se0.5/Cd0.5Zn0.5S). Samples 5–4, 5–8, and 5–9 were prepared by using sample 5.
