Photocurrent density-voltage curve of the (CH₃CH₂NH₃)PbI₃-sensitized solar cell under AM 1.5 G one-sun light intensity. The 2 H perovskite-type (CH₃CH₂NH₃)PbI₃-sensitized TiO₂ layer was heated at 100°C for 15 min. The active area and TiO₂ film thickness were 0.323 cm² and 5.4 μm, respectively. The inset shows the IPCE spectrum.
