A: T2-weighted MR images of different amounts of RAW267.4 cell treated with SHU555A or
the MNCs with average size of 63 nm at the concentration of 100 μg/mL for 1 h. The cells were suspended in 300 μL of 2% gelatin in plastic vials homogenously.
B: Viability of RAW267.4 cell treated with the MNCs (60 nm) at the concentrations
of 10 or 100 μg/mL for different periods of time.
