(b) The peak oscillation amplitude of each cycle and the corresponding oscillation frequency as a function of time. The external AC electrical field can override the natural frequency of the CNS-based nano-oscillator. There is no appreciable decay of peak oscillation amplitude. The simulations are carried out at 100 K.
